Apartment

A BEAUTIFUL PLACE in the lovely Jordaan district: a well kept 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a lovely garden facing the sunny south. The apartment is located on the corner with Tuinplein. The entrance is also on the garden side, a secluded city garden with white walls and nice wall lighting that forms an extension of the living room. The apartment has been recently refurbished, freshly painted and has nice details such as the One Two Touch lighting fixtures and the Ring doorbell with video.Wooden floors, a neat open kitchen with various built-in appliances, storage space, new central heating combi boiler, separate toilet, a well-sized bedroom followed by a nice bathroom with large sink and walk-in shower. Location Just great: all the pleasures that make the Jordaan district so much fun! From the Noordermarkt to the Lindengracht with the organic fresh market, the many outstanding restaurants, cafes, the nicest terraces and galleries. The friendly atmosphere and the beautiful central location make the Jordaan a great place to live. A garden in the Tuinstraat is great, but you also have access to a communal garden on the other side of the house: a green oasis with nice seating areas and unique flowers and plants. A nice place to relax, read a book and greet your neighbors.
