Royall TMP12/NI

The tricone model with its art deco design has three 6” resonator cones that deliver a rich sound with lots of sustain. The sound is much less direct and less voluminous than that of its single cone counterparts, but the loss in volume will be more than compensated by complexity of tone. The bell-brass body is finished in polished nickel and will impress in looks and sound. Playability is, as always, spot on. The luthiers that set up these instruments actually play resonator guitar. In the Royall workshop, the resonators are handspun to suit these instruments. Since this is the heart of the sound, the Royall handspun resonator cones make a huge difference. The best quality available! A lightweight soft case is included.Specificationsbody shape12 fretcone designtricone t-bridgecone specificationsthree hand spun 6” aluminium conesscale length648mmbody length508mmnut width46 mm (1 13/16”)lower bout width362mmupper bout width260mmbody thickness76mmbody materialbell brassbody finishingnickelneck materialmahoganyfingerboard materialrosewoodfingerboard bindingivoroidbridge materialtricone aluminiumsaddle materialmapleneck finishsatintrussrodactive two-waytop position dots5mm white dotsside position dots2mm black dotsfrets18% nickel silvernut materialbonemachine headwilkinson vintage stylestrings013-056d'addario 80/20 bronze medium stringspickguardnostrap buttonchromecaselightweight foam case
