Solid top in cast iron (10 mm) with high thermal conductivity, removable central ring, gas heating by cast iron burners positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber, ceramic insulation. Regulation by a gas valve (+/- 500°C), piezo-electric ignition and safety by thermocouple, front accessibility allowing easy maintenance. Gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Regulation from 160°C to 310°C, via a thermostatic gas valve, piezo-electric ignition and safety by thermocouple, provided with 1 grid. PLUS:Possibility of 900+900 "BACK to BACK" or in combination with the new OPTIMA 700 EVO 900+700 range. Top in 20/10 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, front edge with drip stop, deep-drawn, watertight worktops, rounded corners inside the tanks, 'high technology' quality components.
