Indirect heating, double-jacketed tank, water filling via a tap on the front of the appliance, with a second tap acting as an overflow to check that filling is complete, indicator light and drain tap. Double jacket pressure controlled to 0.5 bar by pressure switch, safety device with pressure gauge and vacuum valve located above the top. Electric heating by immersion heaters in the double jacket, regulated by a 4-position switch, easy access from the front for maintenance.
